Make a decision today

Juan worked at a meat distribution factory.

One day, when he finished with his work schedule, he went into the meat cold room (Freezer) to inspect something, but in a moment of bad luck, the door closed and he was locked inside with no help insight.
Although he screamed and knocked with all his might, his cries went unheard as no one could hear him. Most of the workers had already gone, and
outside the cold room it's impossible to hear what was going on inside.
Five hours later, whilst Juan was on the verge of death, the security guard of the factory eventually opened the door and saved the life of Juan. Juan
then asked the security guard how he got to open the door, as it wasn't part of his work routine.
His explanation: "I've been working in this factory for 35 years, hundreds of workers come in and out every day, but you're one of the few who greet me in the morning and say goodbye to me every night when leaving after working hours. Many treat me as if I'm invisible. Today, like every other day, you greeted me in your simple manner 'Hello' at the entrance when resuming for work, but curiously, after working hours today, I observed I've not heard your 'bye, see you tomorrow'. Hence, I decided to check around the factory. I look forward to your 'hi' and 'bye' every day. To you, I am
someone. By not hearing your farewell, I knew something had happened. That's why I started searching everywhere for you.”
MORAL: Be humble, love and respect those around you. As life is too short.
Try to have an impact on people in ways we can't even imagine, especially the people who cross your path every day, you never know what tomorrow holds. Let this teaching warm all hearts!

Overcome Evil With Good.

Romans
  12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
   12:4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:
   12:5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
    12:6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;
    12:7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;
    12:8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
    12:9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
    12:10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
    12:11 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;
    12:12 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;
     12:13 Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.
     12:14 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.
     12:15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
     12:16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
    12:17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
    12:18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
    12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
    12:20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
    12:21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Abdominal Pain

(Abdominal Pain)

Pain in the abdomen could occur due to multiple causes local causes within the abdomen, causes outside the abdomen, and causes affecting the whole body. Pain originating from the abdomen could arise from the different abdominal organs like liver, gall bladder, spleen, stomach, intestines and pancreas, or from the peritoneum (the lining of various organs and the inner wall of the abdomen), or abdominal wall.
Pain varies in intensity, location, quality and duration depending on the cause. Thus, a careful history is often sufficient to diagnose the cause of pain. One of this days we shall talk more on it.

BEST PLACE TO BE IS THE HOUSE OF GOD

John

  10:22 And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.
  10:23 And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch.
  10:24 Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly.
  10:25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me.
  10:26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
  10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
  10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
  10:29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
  10:30 I and my Father are one.
  10:31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
10:32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
10:33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.  10:34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
10:35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;  10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
10:37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.
10:38 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.    10:39 Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand,                10:40 And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized; and there he abode.
  10:41 And many resorted unto him, and said, John did no miracle: but all things that John spake of this man were true.
  10:42 And many believed on him there.
