Strange: 19 year old Gives Birth to Baby Boy after having Sex with Snake

Strange: 19 year old Gives Birth to Baby Boy after having Sex with Snake
19-year-old Kehinde Adegoke, it really happened. The teenager who is an indigene of Ogbomoso in Oyo
State, but whose parents live in Minna, Niger State, has told Sunday Tribune how she had sex with a
snake in her dream for four years and eventually got pregnant without any physical relationship with any man.

Not only that, Kehinde was delivered of a baby boy in the early hours of March 28, 2015. The baby, however, was not brought strangeness with it as it had two teeth protruding from the gum in its lower jaw. It however died on Sunday, March 29 without
any ill health pinned to it.

For four years, Kehinde said she had to deal with a strange spirit which always came to her in a dream
in form of a snake. She said the snake would turn into a Fulani man who would have sex with her, and
afterwards transform into a snake, before crawling away.

She disclosed that she had to leave Niger State in October 2014 for Ogbomoso, when she suddenly
found herself pregnant without having physical intercourse.

She was, however, full of joy that she received deliverance from demonic possession through the prayers and deliverance sessions she went through at one church in Ogbomoso, Joyous Miracle Gospel Church and Ministries a.k.a. Iyanu Ayo. She
expressed appreciation to the founder of the church, Apostle Johnson Olayinka Afolabi a.k.a.
Okoto Jesu, that God used him to set her free from satanic bondage.

Narrating her story, Kehinde said:
“My parents live in Niger but I am from Ogbomoso, Oyo State. I was troubled by an unseen spirit. I would see the snake beside me. The snake would then turn to a Fulani man
who would have intercourse with me. It started about four years ago.

“After the intercourse, the Fulani man would turn to a snake again and leave. Whenever I woke up, I would not see any semen indicating that I had sexual intercourse. But in the dream, he would climax and release in me.

“I have never had any man who wooed me in real life and looked like the man. His face was strange. The Fulani man also used to appear to
me in real life, but I was the only person who would see him. He dared not see me with any man, even if the person was my brother. He would frown and warn me off the man. This
would make me change my countenance to whomever I was talking with.

“Also, if I wanted to tell my parents what I was experiencing, he would appear and warned me against revealing anything. That was why the
experience I was having spanned some years.”

Her life story changed when she discovered she was pregnant towards the end of 2014. According to her, “I noticed that I was pregnant in October 2014.

My stomach started protruding and the change in me was noticed by my mother and neighbours. They asked whether I was pregnant and I said no. Though I did not see my menses, my thinking was that it was a temporary reaction and that it would still come
since I didn’t have sexual intercourse.

“When I went to a hospital to carry out a pregnancy test, it was positive. I was surprised because I did not have intercourse with any man. My parents did not believe me and were
furious with me. I was so confused that I left Minna for Ogbomoso in Oyo State.

“At Ogbomoso, someone told me about a church, Joyous Miracle Gospel Church and Ministries a.k.a. Iyanu Ayo. I met the founder, Apostle Johnson Olayinka Afolabi a.k.a. Okoto Jesu. He asked me to go through marathon and dry fasting which spanned 41 days.

“After the fasting, I did not feel anything in my tummy again. All I noticed was that my stomach would be flat whenever I woke up in the morning but it would protrude immediately I ate. I went through another fast in March after which I experienced my miracle.”

The miracle happened on March 27.
“At about 9 a.m., I started feeling stomach pain..

Nothing was moving in me. I took some drugs and the pain subsided. It started again and I had to go to Prophet Afolabi . He prayed into
water which he asked me to drink. The pain did not subside.

“By evening, the pain had become unbearable. Prophet was told and he blessed water again and sent it to me through one of his pastors.

After drinking the water the second time, I vomited. The vomit was smelly. That was all I knew as I passed out.

“I did not know how I got to the hospital. I learnt Okoto Jesu poured water in the church bell and rang the bell seven times, commanding all evil spirits in me to vanish in
the name of Jesus. I was then taken to a private hospital (names withheld).

“I became fully conscious of my environment during delivery. The baby was also changing its skin to different colours after birth. My mother was present in the hospital. I noticed that the baby had two teeth in the lower jaw. I did not breast-feed the baby. But he died on Sunday,
March 29.

“Since then, I have been delivered and free from manipulations of the spirit world. I no longer see the
snake or the Fulani man.”

Kehinde also disclosed that she had familiar spirit and belonged to a group of destroyers (egbe abatenije), though she went through deliverance in 2011. Before the deliverance, she said she used to see herself in the midst of other children, with all of
them adorning black garments.
She also revealed that she was initiated into a demonic group by four women whom she knew physically, though saying that two of them were
dead. But all that had become a thing of the past, she stated.

The account of the girl was corroborated by Prophet Afolabi who is popularly called Okoto Jesu.

According to him,
“When Kehinde was brought to our church, we pressed her stomach but couldn’t feel any pregnancy. We told her to go through dry fast.
“She fasted for three days three times making a total of nine days and she did it without any adverse effect, which could not have been so if
she was pregnant.

She also observed white fast. The prayers offered her and the water given to drink turned the demons in her into a human form which came out as a baby.

“Even when she was taking to the hospital, the nurse who examined her said she was still a virgin, which confirmed that she was indeed
possessed. It was simply God at work.” Okoto Jesu said that a case like that of Kehinde had never happened in his church “though we have had cases of women who were pregnant for six, seven years but delivered when they got here.”

Kehinde’s mother, Mrs Adegoke, told Sunday
Tribune that Kehinde was a strange child right from when she was in her womb, saying that the twin brother died at birth.

She disclosed that when Kehinde was undergoing deliverance session in 2011, she was rolling on the
ground and screaming that witches should leave her alone as she was no longer willing to be their tool.

Orekoya’s kidnapped Three children found naked in a bag

The Lawanson Road, Itire abode of the Orekoyas, whose three children were kidnapped by a housemaid last Wednesday, 24 hours after she was employed, became a Mecca of sorts
yesterday, following news of their discovery.

A police officer, Mrs Orekoya and Aderomola. The children, Demola, 6; Adedamola, 4, and Aderomola, 11 months, were reportedly found in an
uncompleted building in Shasha area of Akowonjo, Lagos, Tuesday night, after an undisclosed ransom was paid into an account.

According to their maternal grandfather, Senior Apostle Abraham Adekunle, the children were found naked inside a bag. No arrest has, however, been made.

The abductors, as gathered, had sent an account number of an undisclosed bank to the Orekoyas.

The children, who had been ravaged by mosquitoes, were immediately taken to police hospital,Ikeja.

Orekoya’s yesterday, the children and their parents were yet to arrive from the hospital. Their grandfather,
Senior Apostle Adekunle, described the eight days of his grandchildren’s disappearance as one of the worst challenges he had faced in his 67 years of existence.

Grandfather’s story According to him, “these eight days have been days of unrest for every member of my family.

CRIME3“It all started after my daughter, Adebisi Orekoya, applied for a nanny through OLX (an online sales portal). On Monday (last week) one lady, who identified herself as Mary Akinloye, came for the job.
“My daughter took her to her place of work to introduce to her colleagues. Next day, Tuesday, she resumed work. But on Wednesday, she took
my three grandchildren, leaving Michael, the eldest, a boarder who was on holiday, with information that she was going to get something.

“When Michael did not see Mary and his siblings, he contacted his mother by phone. My daughter in turn called her husband, who had to cut short his
trip to Ibadan and return home.

“We went to Surulere division and Area ‘F’ to incident the case. Efforts to reach Mary on her phone proved abortive, as it was switched off. But
she called next day to say she was with the children and demanded for ransom of N15 million.

“Since then we have been running from pillar to post looking for how to raise the money. Public- spirited Nigerians, family members and friends contributed.

“Aside that, we did not relent in prayers. There was no church around this area that I did not visit for prayers. In fact, in one of the prayer sessions, prophesy came that we would find the children today (yesterday).

“I have nothing else to say than to thank God for sparing the lives of my grandchildren.”

Also, elder sister to Mr. Lere Orekoya, Mrs Adesunbo Alabi, stated that when news of the disappearance of her nephews reached her, it was
like a dream.

“At first , it seemed like a home theatre movie. I never believed until I came and saw my brother’s
wife crying. I really appreciate my brother’s courage during this period because he encouraged us not to cry, that anything that happens to one in
life is for a purpose.

“My joy knows no bounds today because the abductors demanded for money, where other victims were killed.”

Hospitalized, Mr. Orekoya was seen rocking Aderomola, the youngest child, to sleep with a lullaby: Row, row, row your boat, gently down the stream.

While Aderomola was on drip, the other two were playing. The children described the kidnappers’ hideout as
their new home, saying Mary cooked the meal they ate.

Efforts to get their parents’ reaction, yesterday, initially proved abortive as they said it was not a day for explanation.

Mr. Orekoya, however, said the family would brief the press at their home today. After much persuasion, he simply stated that the rescue of his children was an indication that
prayers worked.

“In one word, I will say that prayer works. We are happy that they are alive and well,“ he said. OLX response After days of silence from OLX, the online sales portal, where Mrs Adebisi Orekoya, applied for a
nanny through an advert, finally responded by describing the situation as unfortunate.
OLX Country Manager, Lola Masha, in an online statement, yesterday, said: “OLX is an online
classified site that brings buyers and sellers together to promote trade.

“We take steps to moderate and review all adverts, but we do not participate in the negotiations
between buyers and sellers.

“Transactions are performed directly between both parties. In all our marketing campaign, we
continuously urge our users to take necessary precautionary checks when using OLX.

“We sincerely hope that the three kids are returned safely to their loved ones. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and we will provide all help within our capacity to facilitate the quick reunion of the children with their family.

“We continue to innovate and improve our review process with tighter measures that would help to
minimize future occurrence of negative incidents.

“We also need our users to help us kick out bad players and ask them to report any dubious activity or user on the site for immediate action.”

BAD NEWS! Ngozi Iweala, Madueke in BIG TROUBLE - Buhari to probe NNPC, others

BAD NEWS! Ngozi Iweala, Madueke in BIG TROUBLE as World Bank backs Buhari to probe NNPC, others

The World Bank has thrown its weight behind President-elect, Maj.-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), to probe the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation over allegations of missing funds.
Speaking in a video conference from Washington to journalists from across Africa on the release of the bank’s analysis of issues shaping the continent entitled, ‘Africa’s Pulse’, top officials of the bank commended President Goodluck Jonathan for
exhibiting political maturity after the March 28 presidential election that would end the tenure of his administration on May 29.

The World Bank’s Chief Economist for Africa, Mr. Francisco Ferreira, said looking into financial records of the country, especially allegation of
corruption at the NNPC, would check impunity and build public institutions in the future.

He said, “One norm that has to change is the norm of impunity. I am from Brazil myself. So I am also used to a country where people could be corrupt and escape justice. That keeps the people to keep doing it.
“So, the current stand of the government-elect to look into what happened in the past hopefully will
have consequences for the future. And those consequences will be that institutions will be stronger; norms will be cleaner and people will not
have to steal millions of dollars from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.

“People have alleged in the past that there had been major corruption scandals there. If that stops, then that will have very high returns in terms of the money staying around to be spent on education, health, roads and power that the poor people
across the country need.

“So, my sense is that it will be good to promote cleanliness in politics.”
Answering question on some other African countries that have elections between 2015 and 2017, Ferreira said there was no need to be afraid, adding that the fear of elections would drive away investments from the region.

He said the example that had been shown by Jonathan and Nigeria in the just-concluded general election showed that the continent could
get it right in terms of transition to new governments.

Ferreira praised Jonathan for political maturity that he exhibited during the elections, adding that if
Nigeria could get it right; other countries in the region should also be able to get it right.

Answering a question from a South African journalist on the possibility of the country overtaking Nigeria as the largest economy on the continent given the fall of Nigeria’s main export, crude oil, Ferreira said it did not look plausible.

Also answering a question from an Angolan journalist on who between Nigeria and his country was managing the fall in oil prices better, the World Bank expert said both countries were doing well in putting measures in place to check the decline.

He praised both countries for allowing their currencies to float according to market forces rather than living in denial of the crisis occasioned by the decline in crude oil exports.

Ferreira, however, added that Nigeria stood a better chance to recover faster from the decline because the structure of the country’s economy
was more diversified than that of Angola.

The report, Africa’s Pulse, presented by the World Bank Lead Economist for Africa, Punan Chuhan- Pole, stated that sub-Saharan Africa’s growth would slow in 2015 to four per cent from 4.5 percent in 2014.

The downturn largely reflects the fall in the prices of oil and other commodities, according to the
twice-yearly analysis of the issues shaping Africa’s economic prospects.

The 2015 forecast is below the 4.4 per cent average annual growth rate of the past two decades, and well short of Africa’s peak growth
rates of 6.4 per cent in 2002-08.
Excluding South Africa, the average growth for the rest of sub-Saharan Africa was forecast to be around 4.7 per cent.
The World Bank Vice- President for Africa, Mr. Makhtar Diop, said, “Despite strong headwinds and
new challenges, sub-Saharan Africa is still experiencing growth. And with challenges come opportunities.

“The end of the commodity super-cycle has provided a window of opportunity to push ahead with the next wave of structural reforms and make Africa’s growth more effective at reducing poverty.”

Sub-Saharan Africa is a net exporter of primary commodities. Oil is the most important commodity traded in the region, followed by gold and natural gas, the report stated.
It added that over 90 per cent of the total exports of eight major oil-exporting countries came from the
three biggest exports of each country, which represent nearly 30 per cent of their GDP.

Recent price declines are not confined to oil, the report said; adding that the prices of other
commodities were now more closely correlated both with oil prices and with one another.

As a result, terms of trade are declining widely among most countries in the region, according to
the report, which asserted that the 36 African countries with expected terms of trade deterioration were home to 80 per cent of the population and 70 per cent of the economic
activities in the region.

WHAT A SHOCK

Please take time to read this challenging story, it will change your evangelistic vision and fortitude.

Every Sunday afternoon, after the morning service at the church, the Pastor and his eleven year old son would go out into their town and
hand out Gospel Tracts

This particular Sunday afternoon, as it came time for the Pastor and his son to go to the streets with their tracts, it was very cold outside, as well as pouring rain

The boy bundled up in his warmest and driest clothes and said, 'OK, dad, I'm ready.'
His Pastor dad asked, 'Ready for what?'
'Dad, it's time we gather our tracts together and go out.'
Dad responds, 'Son, it's very cold outside and it's pouring rain.'
The boy gives his dad a surprised look, asking,
'But Dad, aren't people still going to Hell, even though it's raining?'
Dad answers, 'Son, I am not going out in this weather.'
Despondently, the boy asks, 'Dad, can I go?
Please?'
His father hesitated for a moment then said,
'Son, you can go. Here are the tracts, be careful son.'
'Thanks Dad!'
And with that, he was off and out into the rain.
This eleven year old boy walked the streets of the town going door to door and handing everybody he met in the street a Gospel Tract .
After two hours of walking in the rain, he was soaking, bone-chilled wet and down to his VERY LAST TRACT.

He stopped on a corner and looked
for someone to hand a tract to, but the streets were totally deserted.
Then he turned toward the first home he saw and started up the sidewalk to the front door and rang the door bell. He rang the bell, but nobody answered.
He rang it again and again, but still no one answered. He waited but still no answer.

Finally, this eleven year old trooper turned to leave, but something stopped him.
Again,
he turned to the door and rang the bell and knocked loudly on the door with his fist. He waited, something holding him there on the front porch!
He rang again and this time the door slowly opened.
Standing in the doorway was a very sad-looking elderly lady. She softly asked, 'What can I do
for you, son?' With radiant eyes and a smile that lit up her world, this little boy said, 'Ma'am,
I'm sorry if I disturbed you, but I just want to tell you that  * JESUS REALLY DOES LOVE YOU *
and I came to give you my very last Gospel Tract which will tell you all about JESUS and His great LOVE..'
With that, he handed her his last tract and turned to leave.
She called to him as he departed. 'Thank you,
son! And God Bless You!'
Well, the following Sunday morning in church Pastor Dad was in the pulpit. As the service began, he asked, 'Does anybody have testimony or want to say anything?'
Slowly, in the back row of the church, an elderly lady stood to her feet.
As she began to speak, a look of glorious radiance came from her face, 'No one in this church knows me. I've never been here before.
You see, before last Sunday I was not a Christian. My husband passed on some time ago, leaving me totally alone in this world. Last Sunday, being a particularly cold and rainy day, it was even more so in my heart that I came to the end of the line where I no longer had any hope or will to live.

So I took a rope and a chair and ascended the stairway into the attic of my home. I fastened the rope securely to a rafter in the roof, then
stood on the chair and fastened the other end of the rope around my neck. Standing on that chair, so lonely and broken-hearted I was about to leap off, when suddenly the loud ringing of
my doorbell downstairs startled me. I thought,

'I'll wait a minute, and whoever it is will go away.'

I waited and waited, but the ringing doorbell seemed to get louder and more insistent, and then the person ringing also started knocking
loudly...

I thought to myself again, 'Who on earth could this be? Nobody ever rings my bell or comes to see me.' I loosened the rope from my neck and
started for the front door, all the while the bell rang louder and louder.
When I opened the door and looked I could hardly believe my eyes, for there on my front porch was the most radiant and angelic little boy

I had ever seen in my life. His SMILE, oh, I could never describe it to you!
The words that came from his mouth caused my heart that had long been dead, TO LEAP TO LIFE as he exclaimed with a cherub-like voice,
'Ma'am, I just came to tell you that

JESUS REALLY DOES LOVE YOU .' Then he gave me this Gospel Tract that I now hold in my hand.
As the little angel disappeared back out into the cold and rain, I closed my door and read slowly every word of this Gospel Tract. Then I went up
to my attic to get my rope and chair. I wouldn't be needing them any more.

You see-- -I am now a Happy Child of the KING.
Since the address of your church was on the back of this Gospel Tract, I have come here to personally say THANK YOU to God's little angel
who came just in the nick of time and by so doing, spared my soul from an eternity in hell.'
There was not a dry eye in the church. And as shouts of praise and honour to THE KING resounded off the very rafters of the building,
Pastor Dad descended from the pulpit to the front pew where the little angel was seated..
He took his son in his arms and sobbed uncontrollably.
Probably no church has had a more glorious moment, and probably this universe has never seen a Papa that was more filled with love & honour for his son... Except for One.

WORDS FOR THE WISE

In the dark , pit may look like a bed
In anger, heart beats faster than drum
In hunger, eye loses sight
Circumstances, unforseen
Harms and damage , immeasurable.
Lives could snap off in a seconds
Yet, I am here, you are there

Going out , coming in
Like the passengers in a bus
Different junctions we may reach
Parting ways may be inevitable
Relationship and friendship cut short
Yet , I am here , you are there

Difficult or easy it may be
Balanced diet may turn below diet
Rest room may turn toilet
Shoes may become slippers
Wardrobe unchanged for years
Yet , I am here, you are there

The rich get typhoid and all the hypers
They look happy but inwardly sick and dying
Even we,  have lost many friends, colleagues and mates
Riches will come if our creator wish
But with the one we couldn't buy, he blesses us
The life we live and the air we breath
There may be so much we lack
Yet , I am here, you are there......

NINE WAYS TO AVOID CONFLICTS

9 Ways To Avoid Conflicts at Work
Today’s Must Reads

Psychological climate in the team is one of the main criteria to which many job seekers pay attention
when choosing the place of work.

However, if financial and other details relating to the new position can be discussed during the preliminary conversation with the management or at the interview stage, the relationship of colleagues and working environment can be assessed only after a certain time.

How to behave in the conflict
situations and what to do in order to improve relations with other employees?

Change your attitude to the conflict
It is impossible to live life without contradictions and disputes. Work is a place where people spend a lot of time, so such conflicts occur quite often.

However, sometimes these disagreements can be useful - emotional discharge helps to find a
common solution of the problem and makes change a mind about a colleague and listen to someone
else's point of view.

However, it should be noted that too frequent elucidation of relations may cause constant stress and tense atmosphere in the team. Note also
whether the management is trying to understand the circumstances and offer solutions to the problem.

Google, GE, Microsoft, Unilever are looking for specialists like you
Create Resume Resolve a conflict at an early stage Perhaps you've already noticed the dissatisfaction
of an employee with your work or caustic remarks in your side? Try to figure out what was the reason
for such a situation until the moment the petty quarrel turn into a conflict with the rapid clarifying of the relationships. Do not be afraid to talk to a colleague - probably during the dialogue you will learn how to find a compromise in order such
circumstances will not be repeated in the future. If the reason for disagreement lies not in the personal
motives, it is likely the problem will be solved peacefully.

Keep the communication to a minimum
If you have a bad relationship or a person brings
unpleasant emotions to you, try to keep contact with such a worker to a minimum.

However, if you do occasionally have to deal with a colleague and to clarify some working moments, try to be in a positive attitude and keep a neutral tone in the conversation - it will help keep things under control and properly manage your emotions.

Analyze your own behavior
Try to thoroughly analyze your own behavior in the team and put yourself in the place of your colleagues. This way you will understand who the
main culprit for such situations is and what factors most often provoke conflicts in the workplace.

Consider the comments of other co-workers - if they are true and adequate, maybe it is worth
listening to them and to improve relations in such a way?

Choose a neutral position
It is quite often situation in a working environment - disagreement between two staff members, each of whom is looking for support in other colleagues.

Nevertheless, it is better stand aside and take a neutral position. You should not get involved in someone else conflict and gossips not to spoil your own professional reputation..

This behavior is the most correct, especially if you’ve just started
working in the company or going through the probationary period.

The Latest Job Vacancies in Nigeria Search Job Solve conflicts independently Try to analyze your own situation independently but
at the same time ensure that other employees do not affect the decision of a question. Do not carry the disagreements to the public, but rather try to understand the conflict without the participation of other team members. In the case if you cannot find a common language, offer a colleague an alternative
variant - for example, ask for help from your chief with whom you will be able to discuss this issue.

Think carefully about your arguments and how you explain and defend your position..

Control your statements
No matter what was the main reason of yourquarrel - mistakes in the work process or just incompatibility of characters - in any case it is
necessary to control your emotions and expressions. Transformation of the conflict into the discussion of personal qualities of the colleague is
not the best quality of employee. Initially pay attention to the initial subject of the dispute rather than try to hurt a worker by negative comments and statements.

Be able to admit mistakes
If in the course of the dispute it was suddenly found out that you were wrong, do not be afraid to admit your mistake and apologize to a colleague. Such a
behavior will be displayed on your relationship positively and help prevent similar conflicts in the
future.

The ability to find compromises in difficult situations and listen to the views and ideas of other employees is one of the main qualities of a true
professional..

Make your conclusions
Despite the fact that conflicts are inevitable, you should remember that they should not interfere with a comfortable work and be a constant source of stress. If the tense working atmosphere is continuous, but the desire to improve relations do not bring tangible results and the management makes no attempt to resolve the problem, think whether you are satisfied with this state of affairs and whether you will be able to perform your job responsibilities effectively in the future.

How To Work All Night

How to Work All Night Long
Today’s Must Reads

Occasionally some of us have to work at night. Service-desk officers, IT-help desk, duty officers, night security, wait staff, police, medical staff etc.

All of these employees have to be on duty all night long. So here we have some simple and useful tips, how to help yourself if you have to work at night shift.

1. Caffeine
The banalest advice in our list. Caffeine begins to work in 20 minutes after you drink your cup of coffee, tea or eat a chocolate bar. It stimulates your mind and keeps your body in tone. But it also has its own reverse side of the coin. Too much caffeine
will make you groggy and you fall asleep. Also, those who has troubles with heart have to avoid caffeine drinks and stimulators.

2. Chewing gum
Simple and useful advice. When you chew - you cheat with your brain. Chewing movements signal to the brain that it should digest food. So it secretes insulin that makes you feel in tone.

3. Protein
You should eat food enriched with protein. Eggs, nuts, meat also vegetables and fruits. It is important
to eat every two-three hours. Avoid sugar, because it makes you weaker and can cause sleepiness.
Drink water. When your organism is desiccated, you find yourself tired and weak.

4. Fresh air
Open the windows, take a breath of fresh air, turn on air conditioner or fan. Warm and stuffy spaces arise sensation of fatigue, but fresh and cold air will cheer you up enough.

5. Physical activity
Jump, squat, make some push-ups. Any exercises with you body will help to enlarge oxygen supply of your brain and give your additional energy. The best variant - a quick walk for 15 minutes, it could give
you energy for two working hours.

6. Washing-up
Bathe face with cold water. It will cool your body. It is useful when it's too hot in the street and when you need to ease the headache caused by high temperature in the room.

7. Music
Listen to music. Usually, music evokes strong emotional response. Loud, melodious, rhythmic music is one the best ways to keep your mind in sleepless activity. Also, it could be unknown and rude music to make your brain work - unknown and rude sounds turn on your attention.

8. Light
Switch on a great light. You can trick your inner clock switching on all lights in your room. Most of the rhythms in your body react to light, when level of illumination is low your body thinks that it's time to sleep.

9. Internet
Watch some funny videos, read some news. Change your activity. Make some argues in discussions on forums. It will energize your brain
and emotion injection will encourage your sleepless activity.
