KINGs DON'T BOW

Kings don't bow!
In the dawn of that dewy morning
When the flies perched on wet leaves sticks
Dancing leaves, cooler breeze
And the vehicles compel to full light on
Calm but interrupted by the sound of the birds
It forms some sweet chorus
Needed not the effort to translate
The wind just shake to the rhymes unknown
It was like a kill joy interlude
As to the palace , the visitors troop
The prince is about to crown the future queen
The maidens long time practice, their bodydance
All eyes hungry of the hunter's contest to see
As from mouth, large fire spit
Guns fire sporadically to the air
Spontaneous somersaults and magic eyes had never seen
Then it all began
Assorted meals, kindred , exotic drinks
Then comes the ding dong of the village dangling bell
Fear takes over the surroundings
The stampede of feet approached
Enemies have caught them unaware
How could their gods be so asleep?
What happens to the ever smart spies
How did the soldiers at the boundaries fall
But the war leaves no response
Blood, as the mothers lose their children tracks
Swords cutting in the air and arrows coming from unknown angles
The soldiers fell, the civilians killed and caught alive
Then brought forward was the king
To surrender, to pledge homage
He looked up to see the troop leader
The man behind his downfall
It was his prime minister
The right hand of his government
Betrayer! He roared
Then comes the prime minister voice
Bow for me, pledge loyalty
And I will your life spare
And the king response came within seconds
I will rather die a king, than to live as a slave begging to live
You are my prime minister and this coup will not last
If I die , I die!
Kings don't bow!
"If we recognize our kingship , no problem is worth bowing for, even at the point of death".
"Be celebrated for the bold steps you take not the shoes you kiss to live like a mere dog"....my quote
